I’m Jo Thomas — a nurse, fatigue coach, and someone who has personally lived with, and recovered from, chronic fatigue. Today, I support people with CFS, long COVID, POTS, and related conditions to stabilise their energy, rebuild trust with their bodies, and create lives that feel meaningful and manageable.
Over the past six months, I’ve seen profound shifts in my 1:1 clients — not because they pushed harder, but because they finally had the right structure. That’s what inspired me to create this short, accessible course: to deliver the same proven tools in a gentle, doable format.
People don’t stay stuck because improvement isn’t possible.
