A CHRONIC FATIGUE COACH WITH A BACKGROUND IN ADULT NURSING

I have first-hand experience working 1:1 with clients to overcome chronic fatigue challenges from ME/CFS, Long COVID, and Dysautonomia/POTS. I understand how chronic fatigue can impact every aspect of your life, from working and socializing to performing everyday tasks. However, I know from my own recovery journey and from those I have successfully coached that recovery is possible. 


What makes my coaching unique is how I combine my qualifications in NLP coaching and nursing with personal experience of living and overcoming chronic fatigue. I deeply understand what it takes to achieve long-term wellness, and I'm committed to helping you do the same.


I work with clients at various stages of life who are limited by CFS. 

Some may be working full-time or part-time, while others feel isolated due to limited social interaction. Some are parents juggling recovery with caregiving responsibilities. Clients come to me after taking proactive steps to improve their health and energy levels, only to find that initial progress is followed by deep energy crashes or relapses, bringing them heartbreakingly back to square one. They want to break this cycle. I also work with clients who have achieved some stability in their energy levels but are fearful of worsening symptoms, which holds them back from increasing their activity levels.

If you can provide more than 24 hours' notice, we will reschedule your 1:1 coaching session for another time. However, if you need to cancel on the day (which I understand can happen, especially during an energy crash), I will record an audio version of the session. This recording will cover the content we would have explored, tailored to you as much as possible based on my knowledge of your situation at that time. This way, you can continue progressing through the program and your recovery without missing valuable information.

Everyone's recovery journey is unique, and the time it takes varies from person to person. While some individuals may recover quickly, for the majority, it takes time.
