I was once in your shoes—burnout hit me hard when I was nursing on the frontline during the COVID pandemic. It crept in slowly, until it completely took me by surprise and floored me. I understand the weight of exhaustion, emotional depletion, and the overwhelming struggle to regain balance, restore your health, and reconnect with yourself.
Thankfully, that chapter is behind me, and it led me to step into my role as a coach with a deep interest in burnout fatigue.
As a fatigue and burnout coach, I’ve had the honor of working 1:1 with clients who felt lost and unsure of where to begin. Together, we’ve crafted tailored plans that have helped them recover their energy, rediscover their sense of self, and find joy and balance in their lives again.
It’s my mission to remove the confusion around overcoming burnout and provide you with the tools to restore your energy, shift your mindset, and regulate your nervous system. With the right strategies, you can overcome the fatigue and overwhelm that have been holding you back and start living with purpose, optimism, and resilience—creating lasting change.
I have found my coaching experience with Jo life changing. I have learnt so many strategies to support a more present, positive mindset and as a result have developed a better relationship with myself. I’m passionate about helping people with burnout and fatigue take back control of their lives using practical self-management tools and compassionate coaching. My holistic approach weaves in long-term prevention strategies that support balance, boost energy, reduce stress, and bring more joy into everyday life. This work is deeply personal to me. I’ve experienced burnout myself and supported many others through it in my 1:1 burnout recovery coaching. I combine my background in nursing, NLP coaching, and lived experience to offer both evidence-based tools and heartfelt understanding. I don’t just know the science—I’ve lived the reality.
I’ve worked with clients at all stages of burnout—some still pushing through daily demands, others who’ve hit a wall. Many have tried self-care or other approaches but find themselves back in the same cycle—exhausted, frustrated, and unsure what to do next.

We’ll take a holistic approach to help you reconnect with your wellbeing—using nervous system regulation and NLP tools to gently support your subconscious mind as you recover from burnout.
Coaching sessions are 1 hour long and take place via video call. In each session, we’ll focus on restoring your energy, rewiring your mindset, and regulating your nervous system—so you can feel well and fully engaged in your life again. If video calls feel draining at any point, you're welcome to take a tea break midway, or keep your camera off if that feels more comfortable.
If anything comes up as you move through the programme, I’m here for you with email support between sessions. I’ll get back to you during my working hours so you never feel alone in this process. I also love to hear of your wins so we can celebrate your progress together!

Over the 12 weeks, you’ll receive ongoing, personalised support designed to help you rebuild your energy and avoid slipping back into burnout patterns. You’ll have fortnightly 1:1 video sessions with me, where we’ll work through your unique challenges and adjust your plan as needed. Between sessions, you can reach out via email for guidance, accountability, or to share how things are going. Plus, you’ll receive helpful resources and reflective exercises to support your progress and integrate what you’re learning into everyday life. Yes, this programme is designed for you if you're struggling with low energy levels, feeling disconnected from yourself or others, or trapped in cycles of chronic stress and overwhelm. If life feels out of balance, and you wake up each day feeling numb, overwhelmed, or filled with dread, this programme will provide the support and guidance you need to regain energy, clarity, and balance. Together, we’ll work on shifting these patterns so you can feel more in control and rediscover joy and vitality in your life.
The timeline for seeing results can vary, as everyone’s burnout recovery journey is unique. However, many people start to feel a shift in their energy levels, mindset, and stress response within the first few weeks of the programme. The more you apply the tools and strategies we explore together, the more significant and lasting the changes will be. Recovery is a gradual process, and my goal is to support you at every stage, helping you build a solid foundation for sustainable wellbeing over time.
If you’re able to give more than 24 hours’ notice, we can simply reschedule your 1:1 session for another time. I completely understand that life can throw up unexpected events, and last-minute cancellations do happen. In that case, I’ll create a personalised audio recording for you, covering the key areas we would have explored in our session—based on where you are in your journey and what I know about you at that time. This way, you can continue making progress and still receive the support and guidance you need.
