During my time working as a nurse on the frontline during the COVID pandemic, I experienced burnout myself. It didn’t happen overnight. It built gradually, until I reached a point where I felt completely depleted and disconnected from myself.


I understand the exhaustion, emotional overload, and the sense of struggling just to keep going while trying to hold everything together.


That experience shaped the way I now work.

 Burnout isn’t simply about doing too much. It’s what happens when your system has been under sustained pressure for too long, and you’ve stayed in patterns of overdrive, stress and pushing through without enough recovery.

A Fatigue and Burnout Coach

 I help people who are experiencing burnout and chronic fatigue patterns move away from constant overwhelm, depletion and overdrive, and begin rebuilding a more stable and sustainable way of functioning.


My approach is practical and structured, focusing on helping you understand what’s driving your patterns, and how to work with your current capacity in a more supportive way.

This work is deeply personal to me. I experienced burnout myself while working as a nurse on the frontline during the COVID pandemic. It wasn’t sudden — it developed over time until I reached a point of complete depletion.

Alongside lived experience, I bring my background in nursing and coaching training to support clients with a grounded, compassionate and structured approach.

Many have already tried to manage things on their own, but find they keep cycling through exhaustion and recovery without lasting change.

If you’re able to give more than 24 hours’ notice, we can simply reschedule your 1:1 session for another time. I completely understand that life can throw up unexpected events, and last-minute cancellations do happen. In that case, I’ll create a personalised audio recording for you, covering the key areas we would have explored in our session—based on where you are in your journey and what I know about you at that time. This way, you can continue making progress and still receive the support and guidance you need.
