In the summer, I had the pleasure of being interviewed by 'Heal with Liz' about my journey with Dysautonomia, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and chronic fatigue syndrome. In the interview I talk about how I managed to get my life back on track, through a combination of medical management, coaching, pacing and lifestyle changes.
