I had a wonderful time being interviewed by Realan on her renowned YouTube channel, dedicated to chronic fatigue recovery stories. In this interview, we explore the strategies I implemented to regain my health and energy levels. I emphasize that you don’t need to be 100% recovered to live a great life—I’m living proof of that. I estimate that I’m approximately 95% recovered from POTS and CFS. If I experience occasional symptoms, they are very mild and don’t impact me. I’m very grateful to be in this position now. I also discuss the fundamental changes I needed to make to my deep-seated beliefs and behaviors to prevent burnout episodes that exacerbated my chronic illness, ensuring long-term wellness.
