Fatigue Coach Jo Thomas. Helping men and women overcome fatigue from chronic illness and burnout

I help men and women to move past fatigue and burnout, transforming their lives for greater energy, balance and joy.

My belief is when dealing with chronic fatigue and burnout, coaching needs to be an individualised to help you with your specific challenges. As a fatigue and burnout coach, I adopt a holistic approach that looks at the mind and the body, as they are inseparable, one depending upon the other, in a symbiotic relationship. If you are currently receiving any medical care, my coaching will complement it effectively.

  

As a qualified NLP Coach and NHS Clinical Nurse Specialist, I blend insights from both disciplines to create a tailored coaching programme just for you. Having personally experienced chronic  fatigue and burnout, I understand how debilitating it can be. Through my own journey and the success stories of those I’ve coached, I’ve seen how adopting a recovery mindset, making lifestyle changes, and addressing deep-seated thought patterns  can break the cycle of this never-ending struggle. 

  

As a burnout and fatigue coach, I have experience coaching clients with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS), long COVID, Dysautonomia, POTS, and Burnout. I also help clients to become more resilient to stress and achieve improved work life balance. I deliver my coaching sessions via video call, making my services easily accessible to you.


  • Credentials - Level 5 Diploma in Performance Coaching with Neuro Linguistic Programming. Member of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (NCIP). 
  • Registered Adult Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) - educated to master's Level.  Member of the Royal College of Nursing.
