Pacing is an important management strategy when getting to grips with your extreme fatigue. The benefits of pacing are that you will be able to produce a consistent energy level that helps you to cope and manage, with a reduction in the frequency and severity of crashes.
My pacing programmes combine NLP coaching techniques, with nursing knowledge and personal experience of overcoming severe fatigue. I use NLP coaching tools to help you develop the skills, knowledge, and tools you need to successfully implement pacing in your life. You will be able to choose from different options of pacing and create your own personalised plan that suits your individual needs and circumstances. You will also receive support and guidance from me along the way, to help you build the mental strength you need. You are not alone in this journey.
My holistic approach as a fatigue coach also focuses on cultivating joy, as this can improve your wellbeing and resilience. If you have tried pacing before and found it difficult or ineffective, this could be the new approach you need. My pacing programmes also cover other aspects of lifestyle that can enhance your energy levels.

The 1 to 1 Bespoke Pacing Programme consists of four coaching sessions delivered over 8 weeks. Each coaching session is 1 hour long. In this programme, we cover:
