From this place of stability, you will be able to pace up, which is gradually and sustainably increase in your activity level. Ultimately, this approach empowers you to regain control over your life and energy levels.

My pacing programs blend NLP coaching techniques with nursing expertise and personal experience in overcoming severe fatigue. Together, we’ll develop the skills, knowledge, and tools you need to successfully implement pacing in your life. This includes working on your mindset and regulating your nervous system. You’ll have the flexibility to choose from various pacing options and create a personalised plan that aligns with your unique needs and circumstances. Throughout this journey, I’ll be right by your side, providing support and guidance, and helping you build the mental resilience required. Remember, you’re not alone in this process.
My holistic approach as a fatigue coach also focuses on cultivating joy, as this can improve your wellbeing and resilience.
