Without Pushing, Forcing, or Giving Up on Your Goals
Gentle, personalised support for
ME/CFS, long COVID, POTS, and burnout
If you've landed here, chances are you've already tried a lot.
Maybe resting more. Pushing less. Tracking your steps. Cutting back on everything.
Or convincing yourself everything is fine — and trying to push through anyway.
And yet the crashes keep coming. The fear quietly grows. You feel like you're losing yourself. And life keeps feeling smaller than it should.
You might even feel like you're doing everything "right"—resting, pacing your physical activity and avoiding setbacks wherever possible—yet still feeling stuck.
Because recovery isn't only about what you do physically.
It's also about the invisible energy drains that are so often overlooked: the fear of crashing, the pressure to make the most of a better day, the guilt of resting and constantly wondering if you're getting recovery "right."
Whether you're navigating CFS, Long COVID, POTS or burnout that has left your energy completely depleted, I want you to know something.
Recovery isn't about trying harder or finding more willpower. It's about creating the conditions that support recovery by working with your energy, your mindset and your nervous system—together.

I understand how debilitating this can be — because I've lived it myself.
I know what it's like to be a capable, driven person whose world quietly gets smaller. To try everything and still keep crashing. To wonder if this is just how life is going to be now.
Thankfully, it doesn't have to be. That's exactly why I do this work.
Today, I support men and women living with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), Long COVID, POTS and burnout, combining NLP coaching with over 20 years of clinical nursing experience and my own lived recovery. The result is an approach that is grounded, compassionate and genuinely personalised to you.
Over the years, both through my own recovery and through coaching people with fatigue, I've learnt that no two recovery journeys are the same. That's why I don't believe in one-size-fits-all advice. I believe in meeting you where you are, helping you build a strong foundation and supporting you to move forward in a way that feels sustainable and right for you.
If you're currently receiving medical care, my coaching works comfortably alongside it. Sessions take place via video call, so wherever you are, support is accessible.
Qualifications
Recovery isn't something you force. It's something you create the conditions for.
Through personalised coaching, I help people with chronic fatigue integrate pacing, mindset and nervous system regulation to create stability, rebuild trust in their body and move towards a life that feels meaningful and sustainable.

I'm often asked:
"Should I focus on pacing?"
"Do I need mindset work?"
"Is nervous system regulation the missing piece?"
My answer?
Each has value.
But recovery isn't usually about choosing one.
It's about understanding how they work together.
That's why my coaching is built around three integrated pillars:
🌿 Pace — creating stability and reducing push–crash cycles.
🌿 Mindset Rewire — developing thoughts, beliefs and emotional states that support recovery.
🌿 Regulate — creating more moments of safety so your body has the opportunity to adapt and move forward
Move beyond fear-driven crash cycles and start rebuilding confidence in your body and your life.
Over 10 weeks, you'll be guided through a personalised 1:1 plan designed to help you understand your symptoms more clearly, respond to setbacks with greater confidence, and create a more stable foundation for day-to-day living.
Rather than constantly second-guessing whether you're doing too much or too little, you'll learn how to make decisions that support both recovery and rebuilding your life.
Burnout to Balance: Your 12‑Week Journey to Reclaim Energy, Clarity & Confidence
Feeling depleted, overwhelmed, or stretched beyond your capacity? Burnout to Balance offers a personalised 12‑week coaching partnership to help you rebuild a steadier relationship with your energy, reduce overwhelm, and feel more grounded in daily life again.
With calm, step‑by‑step support, you’ll begin moving out of exhaustion and constant pressure — and towards a more sustainable way of living and working.
This 1:1 programme is ideal for professionals and working parents navigating chronic stress or burnout fatigue.
CFS Pacing Toolkit: A 6‑Module Course to Help You Build Steadier, More Trustworthy Energy
If you’re tired of crashing or second‑guessing every decision, the CFS Pacing Toolkit offers a gentle, step‑by‑step approach to stabilising your energy and feeling more at ease in your body.
Through six self‑paced modules, you’ll learn a structured pacing method that supports your nervous system, reduces overwhelm, and helps you build steadier days without relying on more willpower or guesswork.
A calm, supportive way to rebuild trust in your energy — and begin shifting how you understand and respond to fatigue‑related symptoms, so pacing feels clearer, safer, and more sustainable.

If you're wondering whether the toolkit, or full 1:1 support is right for you — this short quiz will help.
It takes 2 minutes and gives you a personalised recommendation based on where you are right now.
No pressure. Just a calm, clear next step.

I went into the programme thinking I already understood what I needed to do, but I've learned far more than I expected. I feel significantly better, and my energy levels have stabilised much more quickly than I thought possible. With Jo's support, I've been able to start doing things I didn't think would be possible — walking, gentle exercise, household tasks, and even beginning to explore a return to work. I no longer fear crashes in the way I used to, which has been life changing.

Before I started the sessions with Jo, I was in a spiral of deep energy crashes and a negative mindset. The coaching helped me find the confidence to take control of my health, build positive tools and techniques into my daily life, which ultimately stabilised and then grew my energy levels.
Most importantly, I got my hope back.

Jo helped me understand the nuances between pacing, NLP and nervous system work. Previously pacing felt like a danger signal to my nervous system — I applied it rigidly and was so scared to make a mistake. I felt lost, confused and stuck. Through this work, I learnt how to pace in a positive way, allowing my nervous system time to build

Previously pacing felt like a danger signal to my nervous system — I applied it rigidly and was so scared to make a mistake. I felt lost, confused and stuck. Through this work, I learnt how to pace in a positive way, allowing my nervous system time to build capacity without overwhelm. The sessions were incredibly tailored to what I needed most.

I have found my coaching experience with Jo life changing. I have learnt so many strategies to support a more present, positive mindset and as a result I've developed a better relationship with myself.
I would absolutely recommend the coaching to a friend.

Jo is an exceptional and insightful coach!
With just one word, Jo gave me that 'aha moment' that allowed me to reframe and rediscover my lens on myself and the world around me. Her encouragement has helped me stay committed to my goals even on the most challenging days. I thoroughly recommend her — she is my beacon of hope.
Julia, Essex

Her medical background brings a deeper level of knowledge of ME/CFS that I found reassuring.
Jo helped me with pacing, self-acceptance, and genuine ways of finding hope and positivity — not false or fake. Coaching helped me at a more important level — tangible suggestions that actually work.
