Fatigue can make everyday a relentless struggle, robbing us of our lives and enjoyment. It can feel as if we are dragging ourselves through the day, battling with physical and mental exhaustion. Extreme fatigue can prevent us from working, socialising, and preforming normal daily tasks.
Our wellbeing encompasses our physical self, our minds, our environment, and our social connections. Fatigue can affect all aspects of our wellbeing and can be accompanied by other factors such as stress and anxiety.
Fatigue can be caused by medical conditions such as Dysautonomia, POTS, long covid and ME/CFS. Stress, burnout, and hormonal changes can lead us to fatigue as well.

I believe fatigue and wellbeing coaching needs to be an individualised to help you with the challenges you face. I adopt a holistic approach that looks at the mind and the body, as they are inseparable, one depending upon the other, in a symbiotic relationship. My coaching is to work alongside any medical treatment you may be receiving from a healthcare professional.
I am qualified NLP Coach and NHS Clinical Nurse Specialist. I bring my knowledge and skills from both disciplines together, to help you, in a coaching programme. Additionally, I have suffered from relentless fatigue myself and know how debilitating this can be. However, from my personal journey, I learnt that the correct mindset, lifestyle changes and medical management, can alter this never-ending struggle.
As a fatigue coach, I have experience coaching clients with long covid, Dysautonomia, POTS, CFS, and Burnout. I also help clients to become more resilient to stress and achieve improved work life balance. I deliver my coaching sessions via video call, making my coaching services easily accessible to you.

I have found my coaching experience with Jo life changing. I have learnt so many strategies to support a more present, positive mindset and as a result have developed a better relationship with myself.
