Fatigue Coach Jo Thomas. Helping men and women overcome fatigue from chronic illness and burnout

A Fatigue coach, NHS nurse, and someone who has personally recovered from chronic fatigue and POTS.

I understand how debilitating this can be — because I've lived it myself.


I know what it's like to be a capable, driven person whose world quietly gets smaller. To try everything and still keep crashing. To not be progressing. To wonder if this is just how life is going to be now.


Thankfully, it doesn't have to be. That's exactly why I do this work.


I work with men and women living with chronic fatigue, Long COVID, POTS, and burnout — combining NLP coaching with 20+ years of clinical nursing experience and my own lived recovery. The result is an approach that is grounded, compassionate, and genuinely personalised to you.


I don't believe in one-size-fits-all recovery. I believe in working with where you are right now — stabilising your energy first, then gently growing your capacity — so that progress feels sustainable, not scary.


If you're currently receiving medical care, my coaching works comfortably alongside it. I work with clients via video call, so wherever you are, support is accessible.


Qualifications: 

  • Level 5 Diploma in Performance Coaching with NLP. Member of National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (NCIP).
  • Registered Adult Nurse (NMC). Educated to Master's level. Member of the Royal College of Nursing and the

 My biggest takeaway from the course has to be that Jo helped me understand the nuances between pacing, NLP and nervous system work. Previously pacing felt like a danger signal to my nervous system. I applied it rigidly and was so scared to make a mistake, over analysing my pacing plan all the time. When this felt wrong and unproductive,

When this felt wrong and unproductive, I then went to the other extreme, thinking that in order to champion a more positive mindset, I had to almost convince myself I was ok, ignoring my symptoms and often not pacing at all. I felt lost, confused and stuck.   


The most value came in the program from the fact that although Jo followed a set structure, the content and conversation during sessions was incredibly tailored to what I needed most help with each week.
