I adopt a holistic approach that looks at the mind and the body, as they are inseparable, one depending upon the other, in a symbiotic relationship. As a qualified NLP Health Coach and NHS Clinical Nurse Specialist, I blend insights from both disciplines to create a tailored coaching programme just for you. Having personally experienced relentless fatigue and burnout, I understand how debilitating it can be. Through my own journey and the success stories of those I’ve coached, I’ve seen how adopting a positive mindset, making lifestyle changes, and addressing deep-seated thought patterns and behaviours can break the cycle of this never-ending struggle.
As a fatigue coach, I have experience coaching clients with long COVID, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS), Dysautonomia, POTS, and Burnout. I also help clients to become more resilient to stress and achieve improved work life balance. I deliver my coaching sessions via video call, making my services easily accessible to you.

I have found my coaching experience with Jo life changing.
