Still Stuck in CFS Push–Crash Cycles?
Why traditional pacing isn’t enough — and 3 simple shifts to calm, steady energy you can trust.

A gentle, proven approach to pacing that’s holistic — combining recovery science, lived experience, and a coaching model that’s helped many people stabilise their energy
A practical, compassionate toolkit grounded in real client experience and NICE‑aligned recovery principles.
This toolkit is different because it’s built for real life.
It’s not about pushing harder, ignoring symptoms, or forcing progress. It’s about understanding your energy, regulating your nervous system, and creating a sustainable rhythm that supports long‑term recovery.
Now it’s your turn.
If you’re someone living with ME/CFS, long COVID or chronic fatigue from PoTS or a similar condition — and you…
…then the CFS Pacing Toolkit was made for you.

• Do less
• Rest more
• Stay within limits
• Guesswork
• Fear-driven
• Inconsistent
• Fear of worsening symptoms
• Nervous system stuck in threat mode
• Guilt for resting
• Pressure to “make progress”
• Panic after a slightly better day, fearing you’ve overdone it
When these pieces aren’t addressed, the crash cycle continues.
You’ve just never been shown a calm, clear structure.
Here's what changes with the right structure.

This shift is possible, and it starts with a clear, structured approach.

More clarity, less second-guessing.

Create stability, your starting point.

Notice the fear, without it running the show.

Help your body feel safe again.

Make pacing consistent, and yours.

Expand gently, moving past push-crash cycles.

Express your limits without guilt, fear, or over‑explaining.
(Most people spend 1–2 weeks per module, but you can go slower — there’s no rush)

Start pacing with calm, clarity, and confidence. Move from fear to steady, predictable energy.

The Pacing Confidence Method™ moves you through six stages, what I call the CFS Recovery Progress Pathway: Awareness → Stability → Regulation → Integration → Growth → Confidence. By following this structured approach, you'll learn to understand your body's signals and respond effectively.
If you're tired of the unpredictable push-crash cycle, this toolkit provides the practical tools and compassionate guidance you need to break free. It's not about rigid rules; it's about finding a sustainable rhythm that works for your unique nervous system.
Imagine waking up and being able to plan your day with confidence, trusting that your body will support you and knowing exactly how to navigate your energy limits. .
This course is for you if you’re new to pacing, or if you’ve tried pacing before and found it hard to make it work in real life.

This course is perfect for anyone living with ME/CFS, long COVID, or POTS, especially if you’re:
🌿 Stuck in the cycle of crash → rest → crash again
🌿 Craving clarity, structure, and a step-by-step way to rebuild energy
🌿 Ready to explore a safer, supportive approach with proven pacing strategies
You’ll move through six core modules, plus a gentle bonus module, entirely at your own pace. Many people spend around 1–2 weeks with each module, though you’re encouraged to go slower or faster depending on what your body needs.
You’ll also have access to optional guides, blog posts, and a relaxing audio to deepen your understanding and support your recovery journey — all offered in a way that feels spacious rather than overwhelming.
Absolutely. This course was designed to meet you where you are — whether you’re completely new to pacing or have been experimenting for a while.
You’ll have access to clear instructions and exercises—but if you want 1:1 support, you can book a connection call to continue your journey.
The toolkit is self-study, so it doesn't include live feedback on your specific situation. If you want a plan built around you directly, CFS Freedom or the Integration Package (available once you've completed the toolkit) will serve you better. Many people start here and move into 1:1 support later, if and when it feels right.
Most pacing advice stops at "do less." This toolkit gives you a structure for why pacing alone often isn't enough, and adds the mindset and nervous system pieces that are usually missing from generic advice or forum tips.
That's common, and it doesn't mean you did anything wrong. Often what's missing isn't effort, it's structure, or the mindset and nervous system layer underneath the pacing itself. This toolkit is built to fill exactly that gap, developed from direct 1:1 client work that has unearthed common patterns that support and hinder recovery.
