If CFS, Long Covid, POTS or burnout has made your life feel small and difficult to navigate, you're in the right place. Most recovery advice pulls you toward one extreme: pace and monitor every symptom, or go all-in on brain retraining and push through. If you've tried one, or both, and you're still stuck, that's not a sign you're doing it wrong.
Answer a few honest questions about pacing, mindset and nervous system regulation, built around your energy, your day-to-day, and how you relate to your symptoms, and get a personalised path built around the whole picture, revealing the invisible patterns a Google search, or even AI, can't show you.
About three minutes. No email spam, just your personalised result.
Maybe you've been told this is something to manage, not something you're actively recovering from.
Maybe your bloodwork came back clear, so there's nothing anyone can point to and say, there, that's the problem.
Maybe you've already tried more than one approach, pacing, mindset work, nervous system tools, and you've made some progress, or none, or progress that quietly stalled.
Generic advice struggles here because it isn't built to look at what's actually happening for you, only at what tends to happen in general. And no amount of searching gets you further, because what's keeping you stuck usually isn't the kind of thing a search engine, or even AI, can see.
Why most advice doesn't quite land
Most people don't get stuck because they're doing nothing. They get stuck because they're doing one thing brilliantly and missing other pieces, or doing the right thing at the wrong stage of recovery.
Often, what's missing for some isn't physical at all. There are invisible factors at work, fear, guilt, overthinking, symptom checking that's tipped into constant monitoring, that increase your risk of crashing and keep sabotaging recovery. That's not a personal failing, it's what a strained body and mind do to try to stay safe, and it's rarely been made clear to anyone before now.
Traditional pacing, focused on physical activity alone, won't touch it, because it was never purely about physical energy in the first place.
This isn't a generic quiz. It's eight short questions about your energy, your day-to-day, and how you relate to your symptoms, and at the end, you'll get:
Most recovery advice picks a lane, pacing, or mindset, or nervous system work, and stays there. This assessment looks at how all three actually work together in your specific situation.
Pace. Creating stability across your physical, mental and emotional energy.
Rewire. Understanding the thoughts, beliefs and fears shaping your choices day to day.
Regulate. Recognising when your nervous system is still on high alert, even when nothing dangerous is happening.
Most people have only ever had one of these pieces explained to them. This shows you where all three actually sit for you.

"Jo helped me understand the nuances between pacing, NLP and nervous system work. Previously pacing felt like a danger signal to my nervous system, I applied it rigidly and was so scared to make a mistake. I felt lost, confused and stuck. Through this work, I learnt how to pace in a positive way, allowing my nervous system time to build capacity without overwhelm." — Liv, London

"I went into the programme thinking I already understood what I needed to do, but I've learned far more than I expected. I feel significantly better, and my energy levels have stabilised much more quickly than I thought possible. I no longer fear crashes in the way I used to, which has been life changing." — Lauren, London
This assessment is built for anyone navigating CFS or chronic fatigue linked to Long Covid, POTS or burnout, who feels like they're doing everything right and still not getting anywhere. Whether you're newly diagnosed or years into this, whether you're housebound or continuing to work and still crashing, this is built to start from wherever you actually are.
This assessment offers coaching insight, not a medical diagnosis or clinical assessment. If anything here raises a concern, it's worth speaking with your GP or specialist alongside this, coaching sits alongside medical care, not instead of it.

There was a day a flight of stairs left my legs feeling like they didn't belong to me anymore. I scrambled to the top of the stairs and had to lie down. That was chronic fatigue and POTS making themselves known, though looking back, the signs had probably been building for a while before that.
I'd spent years as a nurse looking after other people, and now I needed to learn how to actually look after myself, not by pushing through the way I'd always managed everything else, but by understanding what my body and nervous system actually needed to feel safe again.
Pacing was the foundation, but it wasn't the whole answer. The pieces that allowed me to keep progressing were the ones nobody had mentioned to me, the fear, the mental load, the vigilance. That's exactly why they're built into every part of my work now, not because I read about them, because I lived them too, and see the difference they make to my clients.

I'm Jo, a fatigue coach and registered nurse who has personally recovered from chronic fatigue and POTS. I built the Pace, Rewire, Regulate methodology after seeing the same thing again and again, people doing one piece of recovery brilliantly and still feeling stuck, because the other two pieces were never in the picture.
