3 week Group Pacing Programme, delivered in small groups of 5, connecting you with individuals in a similar situation, helping you to feel not alone. In these sessions, the following topics are explored: what pacing is, how to integrate pacing into your life, recovering from a crash, mindset work, reframing, overcoming limiting beliefs, pacing up, relaxation, and sleep. Sessions are delivered via Teams video call, lasting 1 hour. If you are unable to attend any of the live sessions, recordings are available up to 3 months after the session.
