Burnout is a common problem in our fast-paced and demanding society. It affects us both physically and mentally, making us feel drained, unhappy and unmotivated. If you are feeling burned out or overwhelmed by your daily responsibilities, this 1 to 1 coaching programme is a great opportunity to invest in your health and wellbeing. This NLP coaching programme can help you overcome burnout and rediscover your joy for life, by finding ways to cope with stress and achieve your goals. Life balance is about finding the right harmony between your work and personal life, as well as taking care of your family and other dependents, so that you can maintain your energy and wellness.
The 'Improve Life Balance and Prevent Burnout Programme' is delivered over 6 sessions. In each coaching session, the following will be explored:
✨Session 1: Goal setting and a review of what you are currently doing, through a different lens. Basics of pacing, including the different energies we use, and energy hacks.
✨Session 2: Neuroplasticity, mindset work and the power of positive thinking. Reframing of setbacks and overcoming limiting beliefs.
✨Session 3: Rest and relaxation. Reframing of rest as productive and when we should stop to rest. What is self-care (and what it is not). Improving sleep quality and quantity. Strategies to help with brain fog.
✨Session 4: What is burnout and burnout recovery. Identifying your early warning signs that you are heading for burnout and devise an action plan to prevent. Brief overview of lifestyle factors to help improve energy production.
✨Session 5: Creating new habits. Rediscovering of purpose, if applicable, and dealing with overwhelm.
✨Session 6: Option of exploring how to improve communication in relationships, or if your motivation is lacking, exploring why this might be and addressing it.
As we work together 1 to 1, we can tailor the programme to suit your specific needs and preferences and focus on the areas that are most relevant to you.

I have found my coaching experience with Jo life changing. I have learnt so many strategies to support a more present, positive mindset and as a result have developed a better relationship with myself. The coaching sessions have also supported me to begin to develop a better work- life balance and prioritise rest.
